Congratulations to our 2023 Educational Scholarship and Charitable Contribution Recipients!

Giving back to our local communities is a key component of our mission and identity. Both our Educational Scholarship and Charitable Contribution Program were designed with that in mind.

Educational Scholarship Recipients
Our Educational Scholarships are awarded to students who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and/or the community. Many of these students spent countless hours volunteering with different community organizations; some students even started their own organization or school club. These students are difference makers in our community!

African American Community Service Agency (AACSA)

AACSA was established to support individuals and families in need as well as to celebrate and preserve African American history and culture. For over 40 years, AACSA has advocated on behalf of minorities living and working in San Jose’s most challenging neighborhoods. It is the mission of the AACSA to preserve the dignity and culture of a diverse African American Community.

The Boys & Girls Club of Silicon Valley (BGCSV)

Founded in 1944, Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley's mission is to inspire and empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring adults. BGCSV serves approximately 5,000 regular members at 33 Clubhouses locations in San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and beyond. 

The Edward Boss Prado Foundation

The Edward Boss Prado Foundation works relentlessly to empower people who require resources that foster dignity and respect. The foundation focuses on partnerships, programs, and sponsorships that directly help families most in need in the South Santa Clara County area. The Edward Boss Prado Foundation has served over 20,000 families within the Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy communities since 2013.

The Latino Family Fund De Gilroy (LFF)

Founded in 2006, The Latino Family Fund's mission is to increase the participation and visibility of Latinos in the philanthropic sector and instill youth of Gilroy with a commitment to giving and leadership in their community.

Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence (NDS)

Established in 1971, NDS is the largest and oldest provider of services addressing the impacts of domestic violence at the individual and community level. NDS’ long-term goal is to decrease the number of people in Santa Clara County who will experience an abusive relationship in their lifetime.

No Time To Waste (NTTW)

NTTW  provides donated food & essential goods for those in need. They meet with restaurants, grocers, hospitals, caterers, hotels, & businesses to recover their surplus goods. They are currently feeding 200 people, 7 days a week. 

Parents Helping Parents (PHP)

Since 1976, PHP has been helping families of children and adults with special needs receive the support and services they need to reach their full potential .With 40+ years of supporting families, their experienced staff members have a national reputation for being a trusted source of information for helping parents, caregivers, and children with special needs. 

Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley (RTSV)

RTSV is an organization that performs critical home safety and accessibility repairs at no charge for low-income elderly and disabled homeowners throughout Silicon Valley. The programs at RTSV allow seniors to remain living in their homes and people living with disabilities to live safely with dignity and independence.
